ActiveX steuer element (Yellow Bar)

I am having trouble stoping the yellow bar from opening when I open my Website in explorer 8, I have changed the settings in the "Stufe anpassen" I can't understand this, it is still opening.
Is there another way to stop it showing up?

          Hi Olaf,

          ich habe mich doch eigentlich indirekt schon bei "kesart" entschuldigt. Konnte ich so direkt nicht erkennen durch seine Hompage. Es war ja auch kein direkter Vorwurf nur ein Einwand der sich nun erledigt hat. Und "ich kann es nun nachvollziehen".
