Virtual dub / divx 5 / capture - Modus

Hi!!


Ich habe folgendes Problem. Ich benutze Virtual dub und auch divx 5 zusammen. bei Compression wird der Codec auch angezeigt. Nur bei Capture ist er nicht da. Wenn ich die 4er Version von divx installiere, werden 2 codex (low and high) angezeigt. Warum funktioniert es mit den divx5 nicht??

Hast Du vielleicht nur die Decoder-Version von DivX5? Spacebast

If you see a codec in edit mode, but the codec isn't available in capture mode, it means that your video capture device is set to produce a video format that the codec can't process -- VirtualDub hides codecs that cannot accept the current video capture format. YUY2 is the best format in general to use with most codecs during capture mode; RGB24 is a safe fallback that works with everything. RGB16 is a royal mistake and either won't work or will give you terrible quality.
