Spam E-Mail ohne Absender Adresse

Hallo Leute
Ich bekomme neuerdings Spam E-Mail ohne Absender.
Wenn ich die Mail als Junk-Mail blockieren will, geht das nicht weil ja keine Absender-Adresse da ist.
Was kann ich dagegen machen und wie funktioniert das eigentlich.

Ich habe MS Outlook 2003.
Die Spam kommen ja immer mit Absender, woher auch immer, aber diesmal ohne Absendeadresse.
Ich habe versucht darauf zu antworten aber das geht auch nicht (Kein Empfänger).
Wenn also keine Adresse dann kann ich das auch nicht stoppen?
