Warum sollte es assozial sein eine Lohnerhöhung selbst zu erreichen? Assozial ist es sich hinter der Gewerkschaft zu verstecken und zu streiken. Es gibt CHef's die schmeißen einen raus, wenn man zu spät kommt (Oder es gibt eine Abmahnung), ob da nun die Bahn dran Schuld ist interessiert die nicht.
