Hallo habe suse 9.2 installiert. Läuft super aber wenn ich win xp boote kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:
root (hd0, 0)
filesystem type unknown partition type 0x7 chainloader +1
Kann ich Win xp noch retten oder muß ich neu installieren

Auch eine neu Installation von Win XP löst dein Problem nicht.
Es gibt einen Bug in Linux mit Parted ist ein Partitionier Programm.
Suche mal in Google nach "Parted Bug"
oder auf der Suse Hompage gibts die Lösung für dein Problem http://portal.suse.com/sdb/de/2004/05/fhassel_windows_not_booting91.html
