hallo alle miteinander

ich habe ein problem mit meinem steam account und kann kein cs im netz zocken!!!

:-(

meinen nick kenne ich mein passwort und meine email adresse sowie die geheimfrage und mein cd key!!!!

ich kann meinen nick und mein passowrt ohne probleme eingeben, DOCH jedesmal wenn ich ein spiel zu meiner liste hinzufügen will und die ganzen häckchen gemacht habe und er den key mit der steam zentrale abgleichen will werde ich abgelehnt obwohl ich den key von meiner eigenen half life version habe!!!!!! und die ist original (deutsch, das tut denke ich aber nix zu sache )

Hab selbst das gleiche problem gehabt und ne email geschreiben an valve hab dies wiedergekreigt, kann mir jemand das übersetzten oder sagen was die von mir wollen?

You need to do a disk replacement to get a new CD key.

During the first 90 days of ownership, disc replacement is free. You must

include dated proof of purchase within the 90-day period to qualify for a free

replacement.



After 90 days (or without said dated proof of purchase), the replacement

charge is £6 for PC titles and £10 for console titles.



(£7 / 11 Euros and £12 / 20 Euros respectively for replacements outside

the UK).



You MUST mail us your original disc / cartridge to get a replacement. Send

your disc / cartridge for the attention of the Replacement Dept.



Please note that when using a new disc (PC only) you must completely delete

the old installation attempt before re-installing. We also advise that you do not

use your old saved games. You must play the game over from the beginning.



CD's / cartridges and any proof of purchase / replacement charge should be

returned to:
