Qui-ne-faut

This is the first alpha release of Qui-ne-faut, an Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
filter written for gcc. It extracts individual characters by computing their outlines,
providing a very robust, multi-purpose bitmap-to-outline routine, easily reusable.
Characters feed a classification tree to perform actual recognition.
