Trojaner entfernen??

Hallo,


bekomme mit NAV Meldung über PWSteal.Trojan der folgende Datei befallen hat: mnsvcsp.dll Habe Windows XP, falls es hilft.


Nach Lösch-Anleitung von Norton konnte ich dieses Problem nicht dauerhaft beseitigen, da sich die Datei auch nicht löschen läßt.


Kann mir jemand helfen?? Bitteeee!!

Hello,

I've also this virus within the mnsvcsp.dll.

You can easy delete this virus by restarting XP in secure command mode (you will see command line like MS - dos.) You can do this by pressing the F8-key when XP starts up. Choice the command option.

Then goto the windows\system32 directory. Delete or rename the mnsvcsp.dll file.

The virus is then deleted.

Your system will work fine after the deletion. I'dont know what the function of the specific .dll is.
