Naja, ich habe mir mal eine Live CD von Birthcontrol reingezogen und jedes Lied hörte sich gleich an und es war lahm ohne Ende. Desweiteren versuchten die Typen eine Mischung aus Deep Purple und Lynard Skynard darzustellen, es passt überhaupt nicht zusammen was die da zusammengespielt haben.
Ganz ehrlich, neben ACDC ist Birthcontrol für mich die schlechteste Band dieser Zeit, wobei ACDC noch wenigstens ein paar gute Titel hatte.
Ich glaube das die Puhdys die beste Deutsche Band aller Zeiten sind, auch wenn ich auf heftigen Widerstand stoße, aber Songs wie Ikarus, Nie Wieder Schreibe Ich Ein Lied Für DIch, Geh Zu Ihr (Welches mich übrigens ganz stark an Slade's "Run Run Away" erinnert), Ikarus II und Sturmvogel sind bester Rock ohne Ende. Wohingegen Birthcontrol keine Richtung haben, sie spielen einfach nur rum unf hoffen das ein SOng daraus wird, man könnte das Gefühl haben das die ständig stoned waren...........
Aber genug von der Kritik, vielleicht hatte ich die falsche CD und sollte eventuel noch mal einen Versuch starten und außerdem ist mir Birthcontrol noch immer lieber als Hip Hop oder Pop!

Es gab mehrere solcher Bands bei denen ich die falsche CD gekauft habe und die als schlecht abgestempelt habe, z.b. Iron Maiden..........woher sollte einer wie ich der es nicht miterlebt hat auch wissen.....
