Dowload ISO of Windows 10.

You have to google an english version for yourself.
Burn a DVD or create a bootable USB Flash Drive.
Install Windows 10 from DVD or Flash Drive.
You have to check if you can download Windows 10 Drivers for your device.
You have not posted on which PC or Laptop you want to install.
Save your personal files before upgrading.
If you have never done a Windows installation before than better ask a buddy who is better in computing to help you.
