Software installieren bei nicht angeschlossenem Scanner!
Dann den Scanner anschließen und ScanWizard starten.
Wenn ScanWizard den Scanner nicht findet jenau das im Gerätemanager machen:
=> control panel => Computer management => device manager
- There may be an entry under "Imaging devices" but probably not
- There should be an undefined entry under "Unidentified devices" or a similar heading.
- Right click on the undefined device
- Select properties
- Select driver
- Click update driver
- For the source use c:\windows\inf\
- The driver should be automatically located, although there will be no indication that the correct driver was found
- There will likely be a message "cannot validate the source of the driver" or "unsigned driver" or other message. Select install driver anyway.
- Exit device manager

Und du solltest zuerst die zweite und neuere Version vom ScanWizard 5 nehmen!
