und wollte fragen ob die CPU

Nein, max. läuft da ein Dothan 765: 2,10 GHz.
Übrigens bei so ner ollen Kiste die CPU zu tauschen ist absolut vergebene Liebesmüh, meist auch sonst!
2GB und besonders ne aktuelle HDD sollte da rein, speziell die Platte bringts.
