gerade bei Chip.de einen sehr schönen Workshop dazu gefunden: http://www.chip.de/news/FritzBox-Tipp-Gehen-Sie-online-per-UMTS-Stick_46283929.html - ist zwar eher eine Bilderstrecke, aber sicher für den einen oder anderen interessant (vor allem wegen der Liste der kompatiblen Sticks).

Gibt es UMTS-Anbieter, bei denen man über eine UMTS-Flatrate auch VoIP abwickeln darf?

schau mal hier: http://www.fscklog.com/2010/01/apple-erlaubt-voip-%C3%BCber-umts-in-iphone-apps.html - lt. deren Infos erlaubt dies o2 "von Hause" aus, bei t-Mobile und Vodofone musst du Zusatzpaketoptionen hierfür erwerben (mehr Info unter vorstehendem Link).
