old gericom nbi and video in

I have old gericom nbi 366 notebook, network, meisterstuck 1100pt, cl;evo, kapok, fosa...It is the same notebook but different manufactures.On that notebook i have ati rage lt pro with 4mb mamory and vith video in. I cant get to work that video in. I enabled video in in bios, i used new ati drivers, used windows media encoder, and in ati video player cant detect video input.I cant find wdm drivers for ati.Please help.
I was trying to translate 100 of pages of this web site to english but i didnot find any answers.Please write on english because i dont know german.

When i install that drivers on windows 2000 i can see that ati bt829 wdm driver but it seems that that driver does not work. on windows 98 i cant install it. I used drivers from ati.com and from gericom web site, now i installed windows xp and ill try with that. But in windows xp i dont have full apm support, and when is batery dishcharget computer does not go to standby like on win98 or ME
