Moin,
die Rücksetzung auf Werkseinstellungen nennt sich bei HP "Cold Reset". Nachstehend die Anleitung dazu im Original, lediglich die im Servicemanual auftauchenden Grafikzeichen habe ich mal übersetzt (grüne Taste bzw. Pfeil nach unten):
Cold reset
Cold reset clears all data from the printer memory and sets all the defaults back to the factory
settings.
CAUTION Performing a cold reset resets the Jetdirect configuration. To avoid making changes to your network
configuration, remove the HP Jetdirect print server before performing a cold reset.
Note If possible, print a configuration page and menu map prior to performing a cold reset. This will document
current settings for later reference.
To perform a cold reset
1 Turn off the printer.
2 Press and hold (grüne Taste).
3 Turn on the printer.
4 Continue to hold (grüne Taste) until all three control panel lights illuminate, then release (grüne Taste).
5 When SELECT LANGUAGE appears on the display, press (Pfeil nach unten).
6 COLD RESET will be displayed.
7 Press (grüne Taste) while COLD RESET is displayed. The cold reset is complete.
