Du wirst den grub nochmal neu in den MBR installieren müssen, da Windows den MBR immer überschreibt und notfalls die Konfigurationsdatei /boot/grub/menu.lst mit einem Editor anpassen.
Beispiel:

Der Befehl "update-grub" müßte diese datei automatisch aktualisieren.
