Compaq Armada 4100 16 oder32 Bit PCMCIA Slot??

Hi all


Habe eine Compaq Armada 4100 und wollte mir nun endlich mal nee Netzwerkkarte zulegen.


Welche PCMCIA Karten kann ich da nehmem?? 32Bit ober 16Bit ?? Hatte schon eine von 3com 10/100 Lan CardBus und die nicht rein gepasst. Nun würde ich gern wissen welche Karte ich für das Teil brauche.


Weil im Handbuch steht nur PcmciaKarten des Typs I,II,III werden untersützt aber was heißt das ?? Und bei Compaq selber findet man ja für solche Modelle nichts mehr.


Würde mich über hilfreiche Antworten freuen. Und bestimmt kann ich dem Ein oder Anderem auch mal helfen.

Q: What implementation of PCMCIA does the Armada 4100 provide?

A: The Armada 4100 incorporates the current PC Card standard and does not incorporate CardBus. The current 16 bit PC Card standard provides a robust variety of Compaq branded and third party PC card solutions for communications, multimedia, networking, and other applications.
