HDD nicht erkannt

Hallo,
habe einen alten 233 PII, auf den PC´s und Mac´s (über PC-MacLan) zugegriffen haben. Habe jetzt eine neue Platte drinn, weil die alte zu Voll war.
Die alte HDD (Seagate Caviar 4 GB, lief vorher mit Win2k, formatierung weiss ich leider nicht) erkennt das BiOS anstandslos. Auch wenn ich mit der neuen HDD starte, zeigt mir der Gerätemanager die alte Platte richtig an. Die Festplattenverwaltung erkennt aber weder Partition noch Formatierung der alten HDD.

Frage: Wie kann ich die Daten retten? Kann ich mit Partition Magic oder so die Platte wieder ansprechen, um die Daten auf den neuen Server zu kopieren?

hallo, mit partition magic liegst du richtig, du kannst die neue hdd ... NobodyIsPerfect
ist eine 250 gb große maxtor mit 3 partitionen. sollte also kein problem ... pasha

Leider nicht. es ist ein alter rechner, der einfach eine neue HDD bekommen hat. die alte erkennt er zwar im gereätemanager und in der laufwerksverwaltung, kann diese aber nicht ansprechen. Habe nun PMagic installiert. folgende fehlermeldung kam raus:

hallo, hier bin nochmal kurz, hab gerade bei meinem alten sehr alten MSI ... NobodyIsPerfect
Machs mit Norton Ghost !!!! Disk to Disk und fertig isses maurers
habe es jetzt mit ghost probiert. geht auch nicht, da ghost 7.5 enterprise ... pasha
habe vielleicht etwas durcheinander gebracht. die alte HDD hatte 4 GB, die ... pasha
irgendwo im ghost kannst du die platte wieder aktivieren als bootbar bin ... maurers
