Hallo!
Ich habe Probleme mit meiner ADSL-Verbindung. Ich benutze Suse 7.3 und verbinde mich mittels USB-Adsl-Modem (IPM Datacom Webpower) mit Internet. Ich bin in Italien wohnhaft, deshalb nutze ich die Telecom Italia als Provider. Ich habe die aktuelle Version (0.7) der ECI-Treiber installiert die mein Modem und mein Provider unterstützen. Leider wählt sich das Modem nur nach etlichen versuchen ein. Meistens bricht die Einwahl mit einer "Time-Out"-Fehlermeldung ab:

Wenn die Verbindung hergestellt wird bricht sie aber nach einigen Minuten wieder ab (Ohne Fehlermeldung). In der beiliegenden F.A.Q. (siehe unter http://eciadsl.flashtux.org/faq.php?lang=en) sind meine Probleme enthalten, die Antworten haben mir aber auch nicht weitergeholfen. Ich habe bemerkt dass sich das Modem mit der falschen sekundären DNS einwählt, obwohl ich sie mit eciconf.sh richtig eingestellt habe. Ist das normal? Ist das überhaupt möglich? In der Datei resolv.conf ist auch die richtige DNS eingetragen. Ich benutze die aktuelle Version von PPP. Was kann ich gegen diese Probleme unternehmen? Ein Danke im voraus.
