IBM-Platte wird vom Bios nicht erkannt

Hi

Ich habe mir gerade 2 FP des Typs IBM IC35L060 gekauft. Das Problem ist, dass mein Board, ein ECS K7VZA Rev.3 (KT133A), beide Platten nicht erkennt. Auch mit 32GB Clip funktioniert es nicht. Ich habe es mit einem ATA33 und einem ATA66-Kabel versucht, aber bisher gibt die Platte keinen Mux von sich. Meine alte Maxtor 30 GB funktioniert an demselben Kabel einwandfrei.
Dieses Board wird doch wohl Platten größer 32GB unterstützen. Es wäre super, wenn jemand Rat weiss, ansonsten schick ich sie wieder zurück. Und dass beide Platten kaputt sein sollen ist auch merkwürdig.
Oder weiss jemand etwas von einem Produktionsfehler einer Serie ? (die Platte ist von 08/2001 und zusammengebaut worden auf den Philippinen)
