Habe eben gerade eine nette Software (Freeware !!!) gefunden. Nennt sich FreeVCR und kann folgendes:
This version allows you to use MP3 and DivX Audio compression for video capture under Win9x. It also adds two new deinterlace filters, and the ablility to shut down the computer automatically when a program finishes.
