Win+Up - maximizes the active window
Win+Down - minimizes the window
Win++ - zoom in on a document or web page
If a user is using multiple monitors, the new shortcuts are:
Win+Shift+Left (or +Right instead of +Left) - jumps to the left (or right) monitor.
Win+P - displays the external display options.
