* Several changes to fix the problems with LigandFit WUs.
* No longer requires write access to the Windows directory, as suggested by John Berrisford.
* An updated "soft" termination method. Now UD Agent shouldn\'t be terminated until it writes all its data to disk.
* "Logs" button always visible now, even when the log files are disabled.
* New default settings(on clean installations): invisible "Backup" tab and "Backup Now" button.
* Disabling Backup button on the Main tab now also hides "Backup Now" item from the pop-up menu.
* "exefiles.txt" will be deleted if the list of programs on the ".exe to run" tab is empty.
* "Remove Agent\'s ad banners" - option removed, as there are no banners in the new Agent. It will be added back if they reappear.
* "Display WU Sizes" - option removed (WU sizes now always displayed).

Fixes:
* Modified Send/Receive, to prevent rare cases of UD Agent termination halfway through WU download.
* "exefiles.txt" now will not be copied to and from cache slots and backups.
* UD Monitor will not copy itself from and to cache slots when it\'s installed in the Agent\'s directory, and ud_mon.exe renamed to something else. Thanks to Steve Hewitt.
* Fixed: Multiple requests for "ud.exe" on first run.
* Fixed: deletion of ud_mon.ini when restoring a backup with UD Monitor installed in the Agent\'s folder, reported by Orbi-tel.
