* An option to set maximum time to wait while UD Agent communicates with the server when using Send/Receive function.
* An option to delay cache auto-switching to allow results to be sent immediately when completed. Thanks, Zola!
* An option for contents of the Log tab to be automatically saved into a text file("\\UDm Logs\\Log.txt"). This logging is now more verbose.
Changes
* Detection for the "C-ABL TK" protein.
* "6COX" will now be detected as "Cog-2". I think it\'s better to keep close with the names used by UD Agent, rather than to PDB IDs.
* Confirmation to switch cache slots is now asked only if UD Agent is running.
* "Log file" button renamed to "Logs" and now opens log files folder instead of WU completion log-file.
