Verfolgung starten Optionen

X3100 Kubuntu - nur noch 640x480

Hallo,

ich wollte gerade eine Präsentation vorbereiten da macht mir mein Kubuntu einen Strich durch die Rechnung :-(
Habe plötzlich nur noch 640x480 Bildpunkte und kann das nicht mehr umstellen.

In der xorg.conf steht :

Es ist ein AMILO LI 2727 Laptop mit einem Display welches 1280x800 darstellen kann.

Kann mir jemand sagen wie ich das schnell wieder hinbekomme - brauche das Gerät dringend am Sa.

Hi,
wenn die xorg.conf verändert wird, wird automatisch ein Backup erstellt. Schau mal in /etc/X11/ ob Du ältere Versionen Deiner xorg.conf findest.
Diese kannst Du öffnen und nachsehen, welcher Unterschied besteht.

Deine xorg.conf hat folgende Merkwürdigkeiten:

# InputDevice "eraser" "SendCoreEvents"
" Alles, was hieran folgt ist für mich nicht klar, z.B. folgen obige Einträge nochmal, siehe InputDevice "Touchpad Synaptics" oder es werden neue Monitore und Devices dafür konfiguriert.

Ehrlich gesagt würde ich das ganze Zeugs löschen. Ich vermute, das entstand durch Deine Rettungsversuche.

2. Du hast auch nur diese Auflösung ausgesucht:

Man könnte nun die fetten Zeilen löschen. Vorher aber ein Backup machen: sudo cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf.bak

Wegen des Gerummseln am Ende, würde ich jedoch die xorg.conf neu erstellen mit: sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

Danke für Deine Hilfe - es läuft wieder.

Am längsten hing ich an dem Fehler, dass ich den VESA Treiber (zu testzwecken) eingestellt hatte. Die X3100 scheint bei mir NUR mit dem intel Treiber zu laufen ;-)
